Kasi broke ground in April 2022 on the USD 250 million project and major construction began in the second quarter of 2023. A May 2026 press report says Kasi commissioned the first phase, a 5.5 MW data hall and a 7.5 MW shared ecosystem floor in LOS1, the first of four planned buildings, although Kasi's own website still listed the campus as coming soon in October 2026. LOS1 has four floors of up to 8 MW of critical load each, and a dedicated 132 kV substation can scale the campus to about 100 MW of IT load.
