All imported source objects and references are retained. Exact projects share an existing project; phases remain separate projects at shared sites. Multi-site programs and unresolved identities stay in downloadable source records without being counted as physical sites.

Source status dates and existing canonical selections are retained. Consolidation is not new verification; imported source records may contain primary or secondary evidence.

Original source objects, complete metrics and their qualifiers, milestones, parties, workload labels, power sources, related IDs, notes and references are preserved in source-records.json and project_details_json for linked projects. Source publication precision is explicit; a missing date is unknown. Coarse coordinates describe localities or administrative areas, not site footprints.
