Summary
Proposed expansion of Microsoft's datacenters at the Agriport A7 business park in Middenmeer, Hollands Kroon, North Holland. Announced in September 2025, it would add six double-storey datacenter buildings on Plot B, a site of about 53 hectares west of the A7 next to Microsoft's AMS13-14 datacenters, plus a 10-hectare public nature area, forming one eight-building campus. Microsoft has published no capacity figure; in March 2026 the national EIA commission put the planned emergency generator capacity at about 535 MWe and used it as a proxy for electrical demand. Microsoft's indicative timeline targets a permit application in September 2026 and construction from late 2027.

Covers only the new six-building phase and its link to AMS13-14 (Westlanderweg 50); the EIA commission says Microsoft already has nine datacenters in Middenmeer, not recorded here. The only power figure is the commission's 535 MWe estimate, which assumes continuous demand equals the planned emergency generator capacity; its background text mentions 120 to 150 generators. Microsoft's living campus page has no entry newer than 17 February 2026 (first trees planted on Plot B), so status rests on the March 2026 advice. No evidence of the planned September 2026 permit application was found; a July 2026 report of a further land purchase was not opened.
