The applicant's summary states that the environmental-authorisation application concerns the creation and operation of a data centre at 336 rue de Lyon, Marseille (13015), carried by EDGED ENERGY, which plans to convert part of the former Saint-Louis-Sucre factory into a data centre alongside a film studio (Studios de la Méditerranée, FSL); the installation will be subject to authorisation under the ICPE rules and to the IED directive (heading 3110).
