The revised non-technical summary says Equinix Hyperscale 2 (ML10) S.r.l. intends to build a data centre named ML10x in the west of Settimo Milanese, in the former Italtel industrial zone 'Il Castelletto', on an area of about 5 ha now registered as Catasto Terreni foglio 15 particella 55 (formerly mappali 7, 55 and 56), comparto 7B of the Piano Attuativo 'Castelletto Uno'. The redesigned project is a single data-centre building (two two-storey server cells east and west of a central two-storey office block, electrical rooms to the south and 32 generators of 3 MWe on gantries along the south of the lot) with 64 IT UPS, fed by two 220 kV cables from the already-authorised user substation MLSS2. The former Italtel Building 2 was demolished in 2023 and a smaller BT building remains. The lot is bounded by via privata Marisa Bellisario (north), via Monzoro (west), a Vantage DC lot (south) and the Equinix Hyperscale 2 (ML7) S.r.l. lot (east).
