Summary

Aether Infrastructures plans a commercial AI Factory at FR-SXB2, the former Dumarey Powerglide industrial site in Strasbourg's Port du Rhin. Consortium member 2CRSi reported on October 12, 2026 that a preliminary sale agreement was signed on October 9, with a lease to occupy available areas from October 15. The roughly 90 ha site is to combine AI computing services with server and module manufacturing and on-site energy, and has 25 MW of grid power. No permit, physical data-centre works or operation are established. evidence
