Summary
Sify Infinit Spaces' Rabale campus in the TTC Industrial Area, Navi Mumbai, one of its largest, is designed for 12 towers, of which five are operating. Sify's campus page gives 96.94 MW of IT power for them, the figure its October 2025 prospectus reports as built capacity at mid-2025. The hyperscale and AI-ready Tower 5, designed for 43.2 MW, came into service in the 2023-24 financial year and had 30.24 MW installed by June 2025. Sify's website gives more than 377 MW of IT power for the full campus. Towers 11 and 12 (38.88 MW together) were under construction in October 2025 at an estimated INR 11.3 billion, targeted for the year to March 2028.

The point is the Rabale coordinate from its Wikipedia article (which also gives Thane district), so it marks the neighbourhood rather than the plots. The partially operational status and the 2026 tower schedule come from Sify's undated campus page (s2), read on 2026-10-09; it says towers 6, 7, 11 and 12 are slated for 2026 and towers 8 to 10 are in planning, while the October 2025 prospectus targets towers 11 and 12 for the year ending March 2028. The prospectus shows no Tower 5 capacity in the year to March 2023 and 43.2 MW built by March 2024. Towers 11 and 12 stand on Plot R-978, sub-leased from Gargantuan Industrial Space Solutions, which is to deliver the buildings built-to-suit.
