Summary
FlexBase's media release of 1 September 2026 reports that the extensive excavation for the Technologiezentrum Laufenburg has been completed (over 480,000 m3 of earth and gravel moved), that over 98 percent of the roughly 1.4 m thick base slab area is compacted and concreted, and that with the start of the superstructure works the building now grows upward. The Technologiezentrum Laufenburg was therefore under construction on 1 September 2026, the release date. The status keeps the existing scope (the new FlexBase technology-centre building in Laufenburg); it does not assert completion, the operation of the planned AI data centre or of the redox-flow battery, or any capacity. evidence
