Notice dated 13 July 2026 in file MVKU I C 210-14099 under section 10(3) BImSchG: R44 Vision DC GmbH has applied under section 4(1) BImSchG (No. 1.1 GE of Annex 1 to the 4th BImSchV) for approval to construct and operate an emergency-power plant with a thermal input of 111.846 MW, consisting of 14 combustion-engine units of 7.989 MW each, on the plot Rhinstraße 44 in 12681 Berlin. The subject of the application is the emergency power supply of the data centre applied for under building law on the plot Rhinstraße 44 in 12681 Berlin-Marzahn-Hellersdorf; apart from function tests limited to 15 hours per unit and year, emergency operation of at most 1,240 hours per year is applied for. Commissioning of the plant is planned for August 2028. Documents were displayed from 31 July to 31 August 2026, objections could be raised until 30 September 2026, and a hearing was provisionally set for 16 October 2026. evidence
