Ariake TK2 is a planned data centre on a shared development property in Koto, Tokyo. A notification received by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government on 7 September 2026 lists 32,972.49 m² of gross floor area and a height of 59.98 m for the data-centre building. A photographed developer notice names Aran TMK as building client and Toda Corporation as designer for Ariake TK2. It gives the shared development address as Ariake 3-5-1 and shows the data centre north of a separate hotel.
