This records TOR4 as operating on 23 September 2026, the modification day of the captured version (bounded by the Internet Archive copy of 17 May 2026, which carries the preceding version of 6 May 2026 with the same address and operating statements but an '11 MW of power' specification line where the 23 September version gives 'Site capacity: 12 MW', and by the live capture of 27 October 2026); it is not an opening date.
