South Africa · 1 project · Last reported
Summary
Teraco's Johannesburg locations page, in its version modified on 28 September 2026, says Teraco operates vendor-neutral colocation data centres in Johannesburg and presents the Isando Campus (JB1 East and West at 5 Brewery Street, JB3 at 14 Kiln Road and JB5 at 29 Kiln Road) as the interconnection hub providing cloud on-ramps for Amazon, Google, Huawei, Microsoft Azure, Oracle and VMware Cloud Verified providers, with more than 16,000 cross-connects, 285+ network service providers and direct access to the NAPAfrica internet exchange community. This records the Isando campus as operating on 28 September 2026, the modification day of the captured version (bounded by the Internet Archive copy of 6 September 2026, which shows the same facility text in the 13 August version, and the live capture of 22 October 2026); it is not an opening date. The 32,000+ sqm white space and 70 MW IT load are campus specifications, not load in service. evidence

- Precision scope
- Teraco's published GPS point for JB1 East and West at 5 Brewery Street, Isando, used to locate the Isando campus. JB3 (14 Kiln Road) and JB5 (29 Kiln Road) have their own published points 261 m and 452 m to the north-east. It is not a centroid, parcel, building outline or campus boundary.
- Horizontal uncertainty
Not reported
The page does not identify datum, reference feature, collection method or horizontal accuracy; GPS wording supports geographic-point semantics but not survey accuracy, and the campus buildings span about 450 m.
- Geometry evidence
- bb0b349c
A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.

An archived copy is a lookup for the Wayback Machine capture nearest the retrieval date and may be unavailable or differ from what was reviewed. Each hash states what it covers; imported factual records are not publisher-page captures.
