In Xuanhe Town the Zhonglian project is the Zhonglian Zero-Carbon Intelligent Computing (Xuanhe) Industrial Park, whose June 2026 substation EIA already described the park as formally under construction (site enclosed and levelled, a camp of over 11,000 m2 built).
