The Ministry's letter to Aruba S.p.A. describes the optimisation of the Data Center D project (scenario 2) already assessed in the VIA concluded by decree no. 592 of 6 October 2025: the existing structures are recovered with seismic upgrading instead of being demolished, the 30 emergency generators are relocated inside the building with emission points about 13 m above ground, rooftop chillers and dry coolers are added, photovoltaic plans are updated and rainwater from roofs and yards goes to the existing outfall ST3.
