CloudHQ GRU Campus (Paulínia)

Under construction

Brazil · 1 project · Last reported

Summary

CloudHQ's first campus in Brazil, in Paulínia in the Campinas region of São Paulo state, was launched with a groundbreaking in March 2023 as a USD 3 billion project of six buildings and up to 288 MW of IT load, in two phases of three 48 MW buildings. Its on-site high-voltage substation, of about 225 to 250 MW, was energised and connected to Brazil's grid by early 2026, well after the original 2024 opening target. 2026 trade reports describe the campus as ready for tenants, with phased commissioning and first operations expected through 2027; one report gives a larger first phase of three 120 MW buildings.
