On 28 September 2026 MCF Group Estonia, operator of Greenergy Data Centers in Hüüru, stated that the first part of the data center designed for artificial intelligence is currently being built out, with Nebius as its tenant, and that this first phase of the AI factory will be completed by the end of 2026, raising the facility's IT load to about 22 MW. Under construction as of 28 September 2026. Completion, commissioning and operation of the expansion are not asserted; the year-end completion, the 22 MW IT load and the 200 MW grid application are forecasts or applications. evidence
