Summary
HND12 is a planned six-storey commercial data centre on the former KR Toyosu property in Tokyo. Digital Tokyo Bay 1 TMK presented the proposal on 6 and 7 August 2026: approximately 24,000 m² of gross floor area on a 6,689.30 m² property, designed by Kume Sekkei and intended to be operated by MC Digital Realty. Preparation is planned from November 2026, construction from January 2027 to August 2029, and phased operations from August 2029 onward while fit-out continues. These dates are forecasts. evidence
