Summary

Khazna Data Centers, a UAE data centre operator, announced in December 2025 that it had acquired 225,000 square metres of land in Dammam, in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, for its first site in the kingdom. The campus is planned for up to 200 MW of AI-ready capacity in a modular design that can be configured for GPU clusters, aimed at cloud and AI hyperscale customers and built to LEED Gold standards. Khazna named a Saudi country head to lead the launch but gave no investment figure or construction schedule.
