The Istituto Superiore di Sanità's opinion of 2 October 2026 in the national VIA of the 'Data Center Stack Campus Siziano (PV)' (proponent Infrastructure Italia Land 2 S.r.l., ID_VIP 14473) states that the project comprises the construction of the new site MIL08A, alongside MIL07, and records MIL08A's updated design with 18 generators fitted with SCR NOx abatement and with excavation, foundations and CFA piles expected in the MIL08A area. This dated government record names the project and supports announced only. The proponent's own notice of 10 September 2026 still calls MIL08A a unit in the design phase whose building title (permit or alternative SCIA) is issued by the Comune di Siziano; the VIA is under technical review with a consultation running to 9 November 2026. The November 2025 VIA summary lists a building permit of 6 March 2025 for a commercial-use building among MIL08A's acquired authorisations, but no in-window record shows it in effect for the data-centre building, so permitted is not asserted; no start of works, completion or operation of MIL08A is established. The November 2025 non-technical summary describes MIL08A as a greenfield project: a new data-centre building in two main blocks (offices and data rooms, about 10 m high) with external technical rooms and a new high-voltage substation on the north-west of the site, on a lot south of the SP40 Binasco-Melegnano in the Ambito di Trasformazione Commerciale ATC-PL1 (Piano Attuativo approved by DGC n. 95 of 16 September 2024), bounded to the south by the Roggia Speziana.
