Under construction
Philippines · 1 project · Last reported
Summary
STT GDC Philippines, a joint venture of Globe Telecom, Ayala Corporation and ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, is building a four-building carrier-neutral campus on Regalado Avenue in Fairview, Quezon City. Announced in May 2023, it is planned at 124 MW of IT load and over 83,000 square metres of floor space. The first building, STT Fairview 1, was designed for 28 MW of IT load and targeted for service in 2025, but in April 2026 the Philippine Star reported the campus would partly open during 2026 with an initial 12 MW and put the project's cost at USD 1 billion. A 10-year MPower renewable supply deal signed in April 2026 covers Fairview and the Cavite data center.

| Grid | STT Fairview 1 is designed with two diverse 115 kV utility feeds and up to 48 hours of on-site fuel storage for backup. | ST Telemedia Global Data Centres |
| Other | Renewable electricity bought under a 10-year retail supply deal with MPower for up to 40.5 MW across the Fairview and Cavite data centers; STT described Fairview 1 as powered by 100% renewable energy. The generation types were not disclosed. | ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (Philippines); The Philippine Star |
Whether STT Fairview 1 was operating by October 2026 is unconfirmed: STT said in October 2025 that it was on track for full operations in Q4 2025, but the April 2026 Philippine Star report described the campus as only partly opening during 2026. The USD 1 billion cost comes from that single news report. A third-party report that Fairview 1 opened in 2025 could not be opened and is not used. The factsheet file sits in a 2024-11 folder and is labelled October 2024. Quezon City coordinates come from Wikipedia (s6), used only for the map point.
