CtrlS Datacenters announced in January 2025 a 40-acre data center park at the planned Chandanvelly Industrial Park near Hyderabad, Telangana, designed for more than 600 MW of IT load at full build. Two days after the announcement, CtrlS signed an MoU with the Telangana government at the World Economic Forum in Davos for more than Rs 10,000 crore of investment in a cluster of AI-ready data centers in the state; the coverage does not tie that amount to Chandanvelly, so it is not recorded as a site investment. No 2025 or 2026 construction or status update was found; status reflects the January 2025 announcement. Wikipedia is cited only for the village coordinate.
