The town's municipal heat-planning final report treats the planned data centre as a major industrial waste-heat source. It states that the data centre is to be built on Flurstück 1117 of Flur 2 in Gemarkung Trebbin and that two data-centre buildings are planned according to the building-application documents provided by the town; the developer's calculations indicate a total electrical load of about 180 MW (IT load about 128 to 150 MW depending on PUE).
