The national planning-authorisation register lists building permit PC 078 640 24 V1008 (NUM_DAU 07864024V1008), authorised on 12 September 2025, to ALTA NDC VELIZY (SIREN 945 109 841, NAF 63.11Z, data processing and hosting) for land at 8-10 avenue Morane Saulnier, Vélizy-Villacoublay, on cadastral parcels AE 444 and AE 447, with a land area of 11,892 m2. The permit creates 10,160 m2 of housing floor and 5,579 m2 of non-residential floor (4,819 m2 of public-interest or collective-service floor, 292 m2 of retail and 468 m2 of offices). Its state is 'commencé' (works begun), with a declared opening of works dated 15 September 2025 and no completion declaration. evidence

Altarea's half-year release and business report (Paris, 29 July 2026) state that, in proximity data centres, the group holds two data centres in operation near Rennes: one at Mordelles (1 MW IT, fully let, acquired from Groupama at the end of 2025) and a second developed by the group at Noyal (3 MW IT), inaugurated in October 2025, which now has all the certifications needed for its operation and marketing. It also states that the group holds a final building permit for 7 MW IT at Vélizy-Villacoublay (78), being marketed, and that works were launched at the end of the half-year, for commissioning within 18 to 24 months. evidence

Altarea's portfolio page 'NDC Paris 1' (Data Centers, Île-de-France) gives the location Vélizy-Villacoublay (78), status 'Travaux en cours', delivery 2027 and 2,268 m2 of IT floor. It says NDC is expanding with a new site at Vélizy-Villacoublay designed for NDC by Silvio d'Ascia Architecture and Egis, with cooling from 100% air to 100% direct liquid cooling, a target of 7 MW IT and a PUE of 1.2, and that the site's waste heat will heat the neighbouring student residence built by IF Architectes for Cogedim.
