It locates the site at 25 chemin des Bellebats, Ballainvilliers, cadastral parcel AD n°61, 61,069 m2 (57,091 m2 after a transfer to the commune), bounded to the north by housing and businesses, to the south by fields, a garden centre and the D186, to the east by the D186 and to the west by the château de Ballainvilliers; the current owner is a property company and acquisition by DATA SERRES is planned for 2026. evidence
