Summary

Cologix's MTL9 page, in its version modified on 24 September 2026, says that 'A Tier III certified facility, MTL9 is one of Cologix's Scalelogix purpose-built data centers for enterprise and wholesale customers' and that 'MTL9 is a 120K SQFT build-to-suit Scalelogix facility located at 2525 Rue Canadien in Drummondville, east of Montréal', an owned-and-operated purpose-built facility with 24/7 in-house engineers and 'Onsite 24/7 infrastructure and services monitoring'. This records MTL9 as operating on 24 September 2026, the modification day of the captured version (bounded by the Internet Archive copy of 30 June 2026, which carries the preceding version of 14 April 2026 with the same address and operating statements but a '25 MW' power line where the 24 September version gives 'Site capacity: 6.1 MW', and by the live capture of 27 October 2026); it is not an opening or certification date. The page gives both '120K SQFT, 25 MW' in its heading and 'Site capacity: 6.1 MW' in its specifications; neither is IT load in service, and occupancy is not established. evidence

Precision scope: Adresses Québec address point for 2525 rue Canadien, Drummondville, the address Cologix gives for MTL9. It locates the civic address at the north-east end of the facility building, used as the facility's campus locator; it is not a surveyed building centre, footprint or lot centroid.
Horizontal uncertainty: Not reported
Adresses Québec publishes no positional accuracy for its address points and the publisher disclaims accuracy and precision; the point's position relative to the building footprint and lot was checked only qualitatively against undated imagery, and the footprint and lot boundary were not retrieved.
Geometry evidence: d67e6b27

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
