Princeton Digital Group broke ground in November 2025 on JC3, a USD 1 billion, 120 MW AI-ready hyperscale campus in the Greenland International Industrial Center in Bekasi Regency, Greater Jakarta, about 25 km from its JC2 campus in Cibitung. The campus offers direct-to-chip liquid cooling alongside conventional cooling and dual grid feeds from state utility PLN, with a first phase targeted to be ready for service in the fourth quarter of 2026. In May 2026 PDG said it was raising about USD 856 million of debt to fund the ongoing build-out.
