- Precision scope
- Original source polygon vertices, not the conflicting CAF extent labels or an arithmetic midpoint. Government-hosted proponent filing establishes a project-specific campus locator, not cadastral or surveyed boundary accuracy. Exact source decimal tuples are retained with the evidence. The separate display anchor is the planar centroid of this source polygon, independently verified inside it; it is not a publisher point, entrance, surveyed location or replacement geometry.
- Horizontal uncertainty
Not reported
Neither the proponent KML nor the public CAF states a positional-accuracy estimate, survey method, geodetic realization or control points. Decimal count and government hosting do not establish survey accuracy.

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.

An archived copy is a lookup for the Wayback Machine capture nearest the retrieval date and may be unavailable or differ from what was reviewed. Each hash states what it covers; imported factual records are not publisher-page captures.
