Summary

ODATA's Colombia locations page, in its version of 25 September 2026 (dateModified 2026-09-25T12:39:31Z; the version was already current in ODATA's sitemap archived on 13 October 2026 and unchanged at capture on 23 October), states that 'El centro de datos BG01 está operativo y cuenta con capacidad disponible' for cloud, AI and other critical digital operations, and lists Centro de datos BG01 at Zona Franca Metropolitana Cota, Edificio San Rafael, Vereda Vuelta Grande, Cota (Cundinamarca) with 'Disponibilidad 24/7/365 / Acceso y funcionamiento continuos'. ODATA's archived BG01 facility page lists Tier III Facility and operations certifications, and its October 2024 press note says BG01 was inaugurated earlier. This records the existing BG01 data centre as operating on 25 September 2026, the modification day of the captured version, not an inspection or opening date. Capacity in service and occupancy are not established; the separately announced BG02 (Mosquera) and BG03 (Tenjo) campuses are not part of this record. evidence

Location details

Coordinates: 4.75524, -74.13889
Geometry licence: all-rights-reserved
Use scope: Campus locator
Scope class: operator_published_facility_coordinate_as_campus_locator
Authority: Official source
Source entity: Campus
Method: operator_store_locator_json_coordinate_transcription
Derivation: direct_geometry
Precision scope: ODATA's own locations-map coordinate for 'ODATA DC BG01' (Zona Franca Metropolitana, Cota), used as the locator of the BG01 campus. In Esri World Imagery it falls at the north-west corner of a white-roofed building at an estate-road junction, beside a block carrying dense rooftop mechanical plant. It does not give the building footprint, lot boundary or entrance. Which of the adjoining buildings houses BG01 is not established: the operator figures (6,400 m2 total area, 5,500 m2 built) are smaller than the white-roofed building and the plant-roofed block together, and the point lies roughly 80 m from the plant-roofed block.
Horizontal uncertainty: Not reported
ODATA states no datum or accuracy for its locator coordinates (WGS 84 assumed by the web map, not asserted), and no official parcel or address point was obtained; the point sits at the building corner and its decimal places are publication precision, not accuracy.
Geometry evidence: c00f9a5e

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
