Summary

ODATA's Brazil locations page, in its version of 25 September 2026 (dateModified 2026-09-25T12:21:12Z), presents its Brazilian hyperscale campuses with 'operação contínua 24x7x365' and lists Data Center SP03 at Alameda Araguacema, 187, Tamboré, Barueri (SP), 8,030 m2 total area, Tier III design and 'Disponibilidade 24x7x365 / Acesso e operação contínua'; the page says its data centres have on-site staff 24x7x365 and continuous monitoring supporting the continuity of critical operations. The operator's archived SP03 page (Internet Archive copy of 13 July 2026, version of 20 January 2022) describes SP03 as a dedicated 3.2 MW data centre with 6,220 m2 built, directly connected to SP01, whose infrastructure is maintained and operated by ODATA for one large IT services provider. This records the existing SP03 data centre as operating on 25 September 2026, the modification day of the captured version, not an inspection or opening date. Capacity in service, occupancy and the customer's identity are not established. evidence

Location details

Coordinates: -23.50166, -46.82483
Geometry licence: all-rights-reserved
Use scope: Campus locator
Scope class: operator_published_facility_coordinate_as_campus_locator
Authority: Official source
Source entity: Campus
Method: operator_store_locator_json_coordinate_transcription
Derivation: direct_geometry
Precision scope: ODATA's own store-locator coordinate for 'ODATA DC SP03' (entry 8617, address Alameda Araguacema, 187, Tamboré, Barueri), used as the locator of the SP03 data centre. In Esri World Imagery the point falls on the light-roofed annex along the east side of a grey-roofed building of roughly 55-65 m by 100 m (about 5,500-6,500 m2) with rows of rooftop plant, consistent with the 6,220 m2 built area ODATA published for SP03. It is not a building centroid, plot boundary, entrance or surveyed position.
Horizontal uncertainty: Not reported
ODATA states no datum or accuracy for its store-locator coordinates (WGS 84 assumed by the web map, not asserted) and no official address point or parcel was used; the operator-linked address place lies 46.3 m away on the same building, and decimal places are publication precision, not accuracy.
Geometry evidence: 0456b0d4

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.

An archived copy is a lookup for the Wayback Machine capture nearest the retrieval date and may be unavailable or differ from what was reviewed. Each hash states what it covers; imported factual records are not publisher-page captures.
