Prepared for Digital Reef and Sembcorp Utilities UK, which it says have formed a joint venture (Digital Reef GB001 Limited and Sembcorp Utilities UK Limited) to deliver the Sembcorp Wilton International Data Centre, a campus for high-performance computing and AI workloads. The amended scheme reduces the data-centre buildings' height and floorspace from about 75,000 m2 to a gross internal area of about 52,000 m2. The site lies at the north-western edge of the Wilton International complex, about 4.3 km south-west of Redcar centre, centred on National Grid Reference NZ 562 209, with a red line of about 15.5 ha of former industrial land; the council's 1 April 2026 screening opinion found it is not EIA development. evidence

- Applicant-declared site point (easting 456113, northing 520827) on the application form for R/2026/0337/FFM (Planning Portal PP-14889801), published on the council's planning register, converted to WGS84 with pyproj 3.7.1 (EPSG:27700 to EPSG:4326). It lies within the 15.45 ha former Invista application site; it is not a building footprint, the red-line boundary or a surveyed position.
- Horizontal uncertainty
Not reported
The form publishes no positional accuracy; the 15.45 ha site extends a few hundred metres around the point, and the buildings' positions are shown only on plans without coordinates.

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
