Riga's construction-control authority registered a building application on 24 September 2026 for 'Datu centra LV DC4 ēkas jaunbūve Latgales ielā 463, Rīgā', a new data-centre building on land unit 01001262083. The application includes sixteen diesel generators, two switching points, a water reservoir and a pump station, plus a parking canopy at Latgales iela 461. The proposal has not been accepted, and no building permit, construction start, capacity or opening date is recorded.
