Summary

Hyperscale campus of nearly 73 acres in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, inside the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone. Developed by Yondr Group with green-loan financing, it is planned for more than 300 MW of IT capacity across three data centers. Vantage Data Centers agreed in September 2025 to buy it, alongside a US$1.6 billion investment in its Asia-Pacific platform that partly funded the deal, and completed the purchase in November 2025. Vantage's campus page, viewed in October 2026, says the first facility is operational and the rest are under development.

The partially operational status rests on Vantage's undated campus page (s3), read on 2026-10-09, which says the first facility is operational; no dated source gives when it opened or its capacity. The price paid for the campus was not disclosed. The US$1.6 billion was raised for Vantage's whole Asia-Pacific platform, led by an affiliate of GIC with a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and only part of it went to this acquisition, so it is not a campus figure and those investors are not listed as campus parties. When Yondr began building the campus was not found in the sources opened. Sedenak coordinates and Kulai District come from Wikipedia (s4), used only for the location.
