The RP Darmstadt decision of 14 August 2026 records that the building-control authority of the Main-Taunus-Kreis granted approval on 9 April 2026 (file 63-0550 SB 00125.25-1100) for the new construction of two data centres with a gatehouse, pump house, 103 parking spaces and fencing at Sindlinger Weg 1, Liederbach, under the project-specific B-Plan "STACK Liederbach", and on that basis permits the 50 emergency generators serving them.
