The applicant's non-technical note states that the application concerns the creation and operation of a data centre at 1 avenue du Maréchal Devaux, Paray-Vieille-Poste, on a former Air France training site whose buildings are mostly to be demolished, connected by a double 225 kV underground line from the RTE Rungis substation. The applicant is SNC PARAY DC (RCS Nanterre 931 460 943, registered office at Neuilly-sur-Seine), wholly owned, capitalised and managed by the Hines group. The site is bounded north by rue des Avernaises and the RER line, east by a hotel residence and avenue du Maréchal Devaux, south by rue Jean Mermoz and Orly airport and west by rue Marcel Albert and the N7. The project covers 29,655 m2 on part of a single cadastral parcel, AB 53; Air France owns the parcel and a promise of sale has been signed with SNC PARAY DC.
