Raxio DRC1 is a carrier-neutral Tier III colocation data centre in Limete Industriel, Kinshasa. Raxio’s August 20, 2026 release reports that the Kinshasa Internet Exchange (KINIX) has relocated its exchange-point infrastructure into the facility, which Raxio’s general manager describes as hosting connected networks. The facility was inaugurated on August 22, 2024 with 1.5 MW of IT power and space for up to 400 racks. August 20 is the release date, not an inspection day. evidence
