On 16 October 2026 the Starosta Stargardzki publicly announced (notice NA.6740.471.4.2026.AA1/BE9 of 15 October 2026) that a building permit had been issued, on the application of Alter GPU Center P.S.A., for a data processing centre building with an adjoining office building, two MV switchgear buildings, fuel tanks, external energy storage and site development on seven parcels of precinct 23, Stargard; the national register records it as decision 785/2026 of 15 October 2026 (94,208 m3). Under the Polish administrative code a building permit can be executed only once it is final, and neither source establishes finality on this date, so the project is recorded as announced rather than permitted.
