Cologix's MTL8 page, in its version modified on 22 September 2026, states that MTL8 at 7350 Frederick-Banting Street in Technoparc Montréal 'delivers 206K SQFT of state-of-the-art data center space', is LEED Gold certified and 'consumes minimal energy, water and natural resources', and reports Cologix's 2026 Datacloud Global Awards sustainability award for MTL8 as 'a LEED Gold-certified data center located in Montréal'. Cologix's 5 March 2026 release had already said the AI-ready data centre was in service. This records MTL8 as operating on 22 September 2026, the modification day of the captured version (bounded by the Internet Archive copy of 30 June 2026 and the live capture of 22 October 2026); it is not an opening date. The 21 MW site capacity is not load in service, and occupancy is not established. evidence
