Summary

Telehouse's press release of 1 September 2026 announces the official opening of its new data centre, Building N, on its Frankfurt campus, says it was put into service this summer after progressive commissioning in the first half of 2026, and says it was fully let before it opened. Building N is therefore operating as of 1 September 2026. The status covers Building N only: the campus's other data-centre buildings are not assessed here, the further data centre Telehouse is planning on the campus is not part of it, and the 3.6 MW IT and 4.5 MW electrical figures are design capacities, not measured load or utilisation. evidence

Use scope: Campus locator
Scope class: official_building_address_point
Authority: Official source
Source entity: Campus
Method: official_municipal_address_point_crs_transform
Derivation: direct_geometry
Precision scope: Official City of Frankfurt building-address point for Kleyerstraße 75-87 (address object DEHEFALK4mb00001), the address Telehouse publishes for its Frankfurt campus and its new data centre. It locates the campus at its registered street address, not Building N's footprint, a parcel or the campus boundary.
Horizontal uncertainty: Not reported
The address register publishes no positional accuracy. The point is a single address point at the campus street frontage, and Telehouse does not publish where Building N stands on the roughly 67,000 m2 campus.
Geometry evidence: e7a32e2b

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
