Geometry licence: CC-BY-4.0
Use scope: Campus locator
Scope class: official_cadastral_union_as_core_campus_locator
Authority: Official source
Source entity: Campus
Method: linz_title_matched_primary_parcels_deterministic_union
Derivation: official_primary_parcel_union
Precision scope: Current LINZ cadastral union for the four exact title-matched parcels making up about 49.2 hectares. It is not an asserted official project boundary, work extent, building footprint, as-built survey, or the full six-parcel consent property.
Horizontal uncertainty: Not reported
LINZ publishes broad nominal urban and rural ranges but no bounded project-specific horizontal accuracy for this dissolved four-parcel locator.
Geometry evidence: e7f25be7

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
