The annual report's Particulars of Properties Held by the Group (PDF page 134, printed page 132) lists MEGA-i at 399 Chai Wan Road and 1 Sun Yip Street, Chai Wan, on the Remaining Portion of Chai Wan Inland Lot No. 30 (information technology and telecommunications industries use, long-term lease); MEGA Two at 8-12 Wong Chuk Yeung Street, Fo Tan, Sha Tin, on Sha Tin Town Lot No. 135; and MEGA Gateway on Tsuen Wan Town Lot No. 428, Ma Kok Street, Tsuen Wan.
