DOE no. 173 of 7 September 2026: the regional Directorate-General for Industry, Energy and Mines grants Data Riocaya, SLU prior administrative authorisation (not construction authorisation) for the regional-competence electrical consumption infrastructure of the Data Center Nostrum Evergreen (DC Badajoz): the 220 kV yard of the 400/220 kV link substation, two 220 kV underground supply lines of 3,342.74 m and 3,276.91 m to the SE DC Badajoz 220/20 kV substation, and that substation (six 110/150 MVA transformers plus two future), sited "en plataforma logística, 06006", Badajoz. It recites that Decreto 151/2025 declared the data-centre project a Proyecto Empresarial de Interés Autonómico and that the environmental body will report on the global Data Center Nostrum Evergreen project. evidence
