HUMAIN Al-Saad hyperscale AI data centre campus
Site records
HUMAIN, the AI company owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, plans a 6 GW hyperscale AI data centre campus on a 24 square kilometre site in the Al-Saad area of east Riyadh, to be built in two phases across six plots. HUMAIN tendered the campus enabling infrastructure in May 2026, covering high-voltage distribution, two substations, a 2,000 MVA bulk supply point, water, sewage, roads and fibre. In September 2026 Dammam-based Al-Yamama was reported as the selected contractor under an early contractor involvement process. Neither the contract value nor the total project cost has been disclosed.
