Summary
Proposed data center campus on about 500 acres of city-owned recreational land on the southwest side of Page, Arizona, near Highway 98 and Horseshoe Bend. In October 2025 the city council passed Ordinance 744-25, a land sale agreement with Huntley LLC at USD 14,000 an acre with a feasibility period, milestones and a city buy-back right; it approves no construction, zoning or utilities. Press accounts of filings describe a campus of about 1 GW worth up to USD 10 billion including on-site energy work. A resident referendum petition was rejected on paperwork grounds in late 2025, and in autumn 2026 the city was holding hearings on data center zoning rules.

Status is proposed: the city FAQ, an undated living page labelled September 2026 and dated here by access, says no construction, zoning, utility or development approvals have been granted and no water source has been approved. The developer must secure its own water and power. The FAQ puts the full timeline at six to eight years and lists further hearings on 28 October and 17 November 2026. Capacity and investment figures come from press accounts of filings, not from the city.
