QScale Q01 campus (Lévis)
QScale's Q01 campus in Lévis, in the Quebec City area, is a liquid- and air-cooled colocation and AI campus that the company says is powered by 142 MW of renewable energy. Launched in 2021 as an eight-phase project, it was later costed at CAD 1.05 billion; Hewlett Packard Enterprise became its first anchor tenant in 2023. Goldman Sachs Alternatives closed its acquisition of QScale in May 2026, and in June 2026 QScale said construction of a second building adding 60 MW of IT capacity was well underway.
