Summary
Beale Infrastructure is building a 506-acre data center campus in unincorporated Tulsa County, Oklahoma, just west of Owasso near Cherokee Industrial Park. Tulsa County commissioners approved the economic development plan and tax incentives in September 2025, and ground was broken on 30 October 2025 for what was billed as a USD 1 billion project. Plans call for at least one phase of about 200,000 sq ft, with up to three more possible, and construction expected to take at least five years. In August 2026 Google was identified as the operator of the campus, which Public Service Company of Oklahoma will power through a new Beale-funded on-site substation.

No megawatt figure for this campus was found. Google's statewide figures (a USD 9 billion Oklahoma commitment announced in 2025, more than USD 15 billion invested in Oklahoma since 2011, and power agreements supporting more than 2.5 GW) are not campus figures. A Tulsa County commissioner said the campus would yield about USD 2 million a year in local tax revenue once running. The project also funds about 1.5 miles of new water lines for Washington County Rural Water District No. 3. The Tulsa Flyer describes the intended use as cloud storage.

Not reported
The draft supplies no site-specific horizontal accuracy. Printed decimals, traverse closure, agreement between anchors and two-metre datum-operation accuracy do not establish locator accuracy.

A locator places the site on the map. It is not a building footprint, a construction extent or a surveyed boundary unless the use scope is an official boundary, and even then it is a parcel or permit boundary.
