Summary
Galaxy Helios data center campus
Mining campus in Dickens County, in the West Texas panhandle, that Galaxy acquired in 2022 and is converting into AI and HPC data centers. CoreWeave has leased the first 800 MW of gross power in three phases totaling 526 MW of critical IT load, starting with a 15-year lease signed in April 2025. Galaxy delivered the first 133 MW of critical IT load to CoreWeave in 2026, and the eight Phase II data halls are expected online from the second quarter of 2027 into early 2028. ERCOT approved another 830 MW in January 2026, taking approved capacity above 1.6 GW, and Galaxy plans to develop that capacity on a build-to-suit basis.
