Summary

Multiphase data center campus planned by CyrusOne next to Calpine's Freestone Energy Center in Freestone County, Texas, about 80 miles southeast of Dallas near Fairfield. In February 2026 Calpine, by then part of Constellation, signed a 380 MW agreement providing power, grid connectivity and site infrastructure, plus an exclusive agreement to serve a second 380 MW phase. CyrusOne's campus page lists the project as in development and still awaiting county approval, with more than USD 500 million of investment across phases, power from both the grid and on-site generation, and closed-loop cooling.
