Bartow County's Office of the County Administrator, in its data-center policy statement of 3 August 2026, names Switch's campus in Cartersville (with Digital Realty's Stilesboro investment) as development under way and states that "These facilities remain in construction and pre-operational phases and have not yet been added to the County tax digest, other than the land value". At the Commissioner's 5 August 2026 meeting the County Administrator added that Switch's first building should reach the digest next year. The campus is the Georgia EPD-listed "The Keep 2 Campus" at 78 Bates Rd SE, Cartersville (air application 30289, August 2026, for additional main generators), on the contiguous Switch Ltd parcels at 82, 90 and 96 Bates Rd. This records the campus as under construction on 3 August 2026, without a specific work stage; no building is asserted complete or operating, and the 150 MW and multi-gigawatt figures on Switch's page are full build-out ambitions, not capacity in service. evidence

In the millage-rate item of the 5 August 2026 public meeting, the County Administrator said that as data centers hit the digest the County intends to increase homestead tax relief and that "Switch's first building should hit the digest next year". The minutes also record the intergovernmental agreement with the City of Kingston for annexation of a three-acre tract.
