Google's second Iowa data center campus, under construction at Alliant Energy's Big Cedar Industrial Center in Cedar Rapids, Linn County, where QTS has also announced a data center. Google confirmed the campus in May 2025 alongside a $7 billion two-year Iowa investment that also funds expansion in Council Bluffs; Google has not said how much goes to Cedar Rapids. Trade reporting said the first building would be finished in 2026, with four more planned and over 1,200 construction workers.
