Applied Digital AI factory campus in Boyce, Louisiana, on more than 500 acres, designed for an initial 430 MW of total utility power and up to 300 MW of critical IT load in two 150 MW facilities. Ground was broken in January 2026 with the state undisclosed. In April 2026 an unnamed US high investment-grade hyperscaler leased the 300 MW for about 15 years, worth about 7.5 billion US dollars. The company's July 2026 results release names Boyce, Louisiana. Initial operations are targeted for mid-2027.
